Cannatrek faced a strategic challenge in expanding its presence in the medicinal cannabis industry. To establish a comprehensive vertical chain, they needed to differentiate their operations into three distinct entities. The first was Cannatrek as a dedicated supplier and manufacturer, the second was a new distribution arm named Greenship for broad market sourcing and distribution, and the third was a digital platform, myeden, for streamlined patient access and services.
